Its symmetrical design makes the most of the corner location, creating a strong visual presence and a welcoming entrance for both residents and visitors.

Designed by n Architecture Inc., the building combines durable brick on the lower floors with sleek grey and white finishes on the upper levels, giving it a clean, contemporary look. Units range from 60 to 85 square meters, offering a mix of sizes to suit different needs and lifestyles. The project also includes 60 surface parking spaces for residents’ convenience.

With a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 6,650 square meters and lot coverage of only 11.23%, the design maximizes space use while maintaining an open, airy feel. This development brings modern and comfortable living to Hanover and supports the area’s growth.
