The project at 22044 Hwy 48 in East Gwillimbury, Ontario, involves the development of a modern five-storey self-storage facility with 288 units. Located on a 5.06-acre site, the facility was commissioned in May 2021 and is designed to offer secure, flexible storage solutions for the local community.

Unit sizes range from 5 to 30 square meters, accommodating a variety of storage needs. The design prioritizes functionality and accessibility.

Designed by n Architecture, the building features a mix of materials, including light grey stone, concrete blocks, and metal siding with brown accents for visual appeal. A grey metal canopy adds a modern touch while providing shelter. The site also includes 15 parking spaces for customers and visitors.

The project is currently in the site plan application stage, submitted in November 2024, with a permit application to the LSRCA submitted in February 2025. This facility will help meet East Gwillimbury’s growing demand for secure, convenient storage while contributing to local development with a clean, contemporary design.
