n Architecture Inc. was commissioned in 2021 to design a three-storey addition to the northeast corner of the existing one-storey industrial facility for TTM Technologies, located at 8150 Sheppard Avenue East in Scarborough, Ontario. The proposed addition has been designed to complement and extend the contemporary industrial architectural character of the existing building.

With a gross floor area of approximately 41,335 sq. ft., the expansion is conceived as a cohesive extension of the facility, accommodating manufacturing functions on the ground floor with office and ancillary spaces on the second and third floors. The building elevation features insulated precast concrete panels with horizontal and vertical seam detailing and regularly spaced window glazing, maintaining a clean and modern industrial appearance that integrates seamlessly with the existing façade.
